Always Tired Problems
Do you have the problem of always feeling tired? Your condition might be due to a psychological or physical problem. This article looks at the physical side of it. If your problems are a result of a physical condition then hopefully you can solve them and no longer feel always tired.
A common problem that people suffer with is anaemia. Sufferers of anaemia don’t have enough iron in their blood. Once diagnosed it is easy to solve with iron tablets but before you go out and buy some go to the doctors to be checked out. If it is confirmed by the doctor then you should be able to get some treatment.
You may be always tired because you aren’t getting enough sleep or more accurately, enough quality sleep. Not have quality sleep will mean that you will be always feeling tired. Sleeping disorders are common and can serious affect your sleeping patterns. See if you can see a sleep specialist who can test you for seelping disorders such as sleep apnoea.
An area that a lot of people don’t think about is food allergies. If your body has a problem absorbing the correct nutrients then you won’t benefit from the ‘goodness’. Trying to find out what foods you have an allergy to is hard work. You can use trail and error but removing one food group from your diet at a time and seeing whether this is making an improvement. This process can take a long time.
A serious issue that you must check out if you believe you might suffer from it is heart disease. If you have any history of it in your family then you need to visit your doctor for a check up.
There are lots of things to consider when you are trying to being always tired. It is important not to panic and look at each of the reasons in turn. You should visit you doctor and they should test you to see why you are always feeling tired. This is the first step because you should be able to rule a number of things out straight away.
